All firearm sales require:
Valid government-issued photo ID
Completion of necessary background checks
Transfer through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer
Firearm purchases made online will not be shipped directly to your home. They will be shipped to your chosen FFL dealer for pickup after passing all required background checks.
Failure to pass a background check or provide proper documentation may result in cancellation of your order minus any applicable fees.
All hats, hoodies, and other merchandise can be shipped directly to your address. Orders are processed in the order they are received and shipped via standard carriers.
We accept secure payments via trusted third-party processors. Payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is received.
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges on firearms or ammunition unless required by law.
Old Town Armory is not responsible for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the misuse of any product purchased from us. Always follow all safety guidelines, manufacturer instructions, and applicable laws when using firearms or accessories.
